2/12/17 Built like a wrestler, Carr's 5-foot-7, 165-pound frame belies his strength and tools. Right-handed hitter posted a 97 mph exit velocity and ran a 6.86 60-yard dash. Starts from an open stance and strides to slightly open. Flashed good bat speed, stayed inside the baseball, created backspin, and consistently barreled the baseball throughout his round of BP. Defensively, struggled with his footing and recorded 78 mph arm strength that was down from the 82 we have previously recorded.

2/14/16 5-foot-7, 150-pounder plays much bigger than his size would suggest. Right-handed hitter starts from a slightly open stance and attacks the baseball from a high hands load with a leg-lift stride. Carr displayed solid balance and a still head throughout with a bat exit velocity of 91 mph. The sophomore ran a 6.72 60-yard dash and displayed athletic actions defensively with accurate 82 mph arm strength.

11/7/15 5-foot-7, 150-pound right-handed hitter who ran a 6.82 60-yard dash and posted an 88-mph exit velocity. Starts from an open stance and strides to slightly open. Attacks the baseball from a high hands launch point, with a short path and flashes some bat speed. Barreled the baseball during his BP round, mostly to the pullside. Defensively, he exhibited solid athleticism and 78-mph arm strength.
