7/19/22
Physical: Lean, uber-projectable 6-foot, 145lb build. 7.45 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH. Slightly open, upright stance, as the hands operated flush on the shoulder to begin. Utilized a controlled toe-tap stride to initiate the swing through a smooth, flat path into the hitting zone. Stayed on-plane towards the finish, allowing for a line-drive approach to all fields and an 87 mph exit velocity. Featured clean separation in the box and a 60% sweet-spot rate.
Defensively: The primary outfielder demonstrated natural body control in space with an accurate glove-hand and ability to maintain tempo at the fielding window. Fielded in the pocket and delivered a live 86 mph throwing arm out of H ¾.
Pitching: LHP. Southpaw starts off the middle of the rubber; lightning-quick pace with a fast arm that repeats. Created life on a 79-81 mph FB and showed big depth at 62-63 mph on the CB. There’s feel to kill a 73-74 mph CH with some small fade to it.
