6-foot, 195-pound utility man with stout frame can provide production in numerous ways.  Primarily a corner outfielder, Plunk is an offensive bat with great bat speed (Max: 73.4 mph per Blast) and rotational data (29.4 G per Blast).  Simple, balanced stance with feel for barrel and gap to gap power. Not a strong runner (7.61 sixty), but solid defender at both corner infield and outfield.  On the bump, competitive and pitches with an edge.  FB sits 78-82 with high spin life (2457 rpm per Trackman) and a sharp breaking ball in upper 60s-low 70s (2437 rpm) while manipulating shape.  


6’0, 195-pound OF improved his 60 time by 2 tenths of a second and continuing to swing a powerful bat.  Medium, sturdy frame w/ some well-proportioned present strength, close to mature.  Physical.  Offensively, hits w/ a straight on, very slightly crouched stance w/ short hand rhythm into short stride to slightly open and load.  Generates above average bat speed through the zone.  Learning to get on time, utilize lower half consistently.  Knack for contact, 1 swing and miss in 8 swings in game, intriguing combination of bat speed and contact ability.  Pull power type.  Defensively, profiles best in the corner outfield w/ solid footwork, clean arm swing and projectable carry to target arm strength. On the mound, righty pitched with a wind-up into H ¾ release.  Clean, repeatable delivery with some effort.  Straight FB showed some ride through the zone.  Led the event for both top spin rate and average spin rate on the FB.  Mixed in a couple breaking balls that blended at times.  CB flashed tight rotation w/ proper depth.  SL was a shorter break, a little more horizontal life at the cost of depth, backed up on him a couple times on this day.  Around the zone, feel for throwing his breaking balls for strikes (6 of 8), projects to command.


5-foot-11, 190-pound  athletic frame. During the event, he clocked a 60 time of 7.78. At the plate, the right-handed hitter showed his power in the box with a strong exit velocity of 92 mph. Starts in an athletic stance with a smooth load, then uses a long stride before his swing. Has raw bat speed, a flat swing plane and level finish. Showed some loud and found some barrels during the round. Gap to gap approach. From the outfield, he made throws to the infield at velocities up to 79 mph. On the mound, he showed quick arm speed, used a loose arm action with an over-the-top angle. He is a drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Has a tall balance point and uphill shoulders. Lands closed. Clocked sitting at 75-78 mph and topped out at 78 mph; had consistent accuracy. His changeup(72-73) shows fading action. Showed control low in the zone and swing and miss action on his 1/7 curveball (64-67).

5-foot-11, 190-pound solid frame; RHP/3B. In the box, the right-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 87 mph. Started in an open stance with a smooth load, then used a short stride to start his swing. Has a straight-to-the-ball swing plane, as well as quick bat speed and good extension on his finish. Showed a drive the ball approach. In the infield, his best throw was registered at 69 mph; displayed a clean exchange, athletic feet, and soft hands. Used a long arm action and an-over-the-top slot. During the event, he recorded a 60 time of 7.91. On the mound, he uses an over-the-top arm angle and a long arm action. He is a tall-and-fall type pitcher who uses some effort in his delivery. Showed a tall balance point before his delivery. He threw his fastball 73-75 mph and topped out at 76 mph; had in the zone accuracy and some action. He shows sharp action on his curveball(60-62).
