4/20/20

The 6-foot, 172-pound middle infielder had made some solid jumps since a good outing at PBR Future Games.  Lee has put on nearly twenty pounds filling out his frame since last summer, but still maintaining his quick burst (6.67 in the 60).  Sound footwork and hands with strong arm.  Becoming more and more consistent with the bat, but puts pressure on defenses and can handle the stick.

7/31/19

60: 6.79 INF Velo: 84 Exit Velo: 90

The 6-foot, 160-pound shortstop showcased a plethora of tools throughout the weekend.  During the showcase, Lee logged the second-best 60 for Team Tennessee and joined the 90-club for exit velo.  In game action, Lee went 0 for 4 (3 BBs) w/ 3 quality at bats in 7 plate appearances. Has some swing inconsistency due to loud stance w/ big leg kick, but ball jumps off barrel when right.  Expect for this to smooth out as he fills out his frame. Defensively, Lee showed good hands and good rhythm w/ long loose arm.  Gets good carry on throws to first.  Profile projects to stay at SS w/ great tools ( + arm, + speed, good pop).

2/3/19 - IF Velo: 85, Exit Velo: 87

5-11, 155-pound middle infielder made a big impression at his first PBR event, showing off an athletic frame w/ a lot of quick twitch.  Medium, athletic frame w/ well-proportioned lean strength, super projectable, has just scratched the surface of his frame potential.  Offensively, hits w/ a slightly open, slightly crouched stance w/ short hand rhythm into leg kick and short hand load.  Shows ability to control the lower half, has an idea of how to use it to generate velocity.  Flashes whip through the zone.  LD’s to all fields when right.  Projectable gap power type, consistent use of lower half, frame development will determine just how much pull power is coming.  Athletic defender, shows above average arm strength with the ball jumping out of his hand w/ back-spin.  Tools to see this spring.
