Body: 5-7, 170-pounds. Lean athletic frame with room for continued development.
Hit: RHH. Narrow slightly open stance with hands at letter high at the backside of his body. Leg kick loads the hands before a forward move back to even. Some seperation at footstrike before the swing launches through. Drives balls up the middle with a flat bat path, shows ability to catch balls out front with hard line drives to pullside as well. 62.7 mph bat speed with 8 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 87 max exit velocity, averaged 84.1 mph. 236' max distance.
Arm: RH. INF-73 mph. Easy action that produces accurate throws.
Defense: Developed actions in the field with good range to either side.

5-foot-7, 125-pound athletic frame. At the plate, Hayslip's best exit velocity was 76 mph. Starts in a tall open stance with a wrapping controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Has some bat speed, uphill swing plane and high finish. Barreled up a few balls throughout his round. Line drive approach. Projectable in the infield, displayed a velocity of 64 mph; has athletic feet, a packing exchange and twitchy sure hands. Showed a loose arm action and a ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the bag. Recorded a 60 time of 7.45 at the event. Projectable on the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle and a loose arm action while showing good arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows some effort. He has even shoulders and tall balance point. Lands square with a falling off finish. Sat with his fastball at 66-68 mph; has consistent control and sinking action with tight movement. Throws a 11/5 curveball (61-62) that shows command around the zone and gradual action. Had fading action and some command on his changeup (58-59).
