The 6-foot, 175-pound SS logged two outings over the weekend closing out games against Mid-Atlantic and Kentucky. A natural shortstop showcased some electric stuff on the bump. Fastball worked 84-87, Top 88 (Max Spin: 2339 AVG: 2072) w/ great spin and late life, paired w/ sharp breaking ball at 69-72. Showed ability to drop slot to low 3/4, maintaining velocity and adding deception. Profile projects in the field, but potentially a viable bullpen option if needed.

The 6-foot, 175-pound shortstop was spark plug of energy throughout the week. During the showcase workout, Dallas shined with the top INF Velo and Exit Velo for Team Tennessee, as well as fourth-best 60 time. During the showcase batting practice, Dallas exhibited a great hit and power tool by driving baseballs to the gaps, and hitting a handful of home runs during his round. In game action, Dallas went 1 for 6 (1 1B, 2 RBIs, 1 R) w/ 2 quality at bats in 6 plate appearances. Defensively, showed great hands, smooth transitions, and great arm. Also had two outings on the mound (FB 84-87, T88). Profile projects as true shortstop w/ ability to change the game offensively and defensively.
6/12/18 - Home-1st: 4.57, Position Velocity: IF-84, Exit Velocity: 80 5-foot-11, 160-pound, RHH continues to swing it better every time we see him, collecting a couple hits in game. Short, athletic frame w/ lean strength, super projectable frame. Offensively, hits w/ a slightly open, slightly crouched stance w/ circular hand rhythm into knee to knee leg kick and proper load. Generates bat speed through the zone. Up the middle approach w/ lot of line drives when right. Can get pull heavy at times. Had a strong BP, barreling line drives all over the field w/ some projectable pull power. Lot of doubles right now, projects for pull power as frame matures. Projectable above average runner. Defensively, moves well w/ soft hands, good feet. Plays through the baseball well. Shows projectable above average arm strength across the diamond.
