10/13/18 - Home-1st: 4.25, Position Velocity:  OF-77, Exit Velocity: 93
6-foot-0, 200-pound, LHH had what should have been a 4-hit day while flashing his prodigious power in BP.  Medium, athletic frame w/ some present lower half strength, projectable.  Offensively, hits w/ a slightly open, crouched stance w/ quiet hands into shift of weight, stride and proper load.  Generates above average bat speed through the zone, flashed the premium bat speed we have seen in the past.  Direction and ability to stay through the baseball was better here vs. the Future Games.  Chance for significant power to all fields w/ big present pull power.  Showed ability to hit to all fields and keep barrel in the zone long enough to hit the ball hard to LF.  Ran a 4.25 on what should have been an infield single, as he beat it out by half a step.  Continuing to tease at his above average run speed.  Defensively, shows the tools to stay in CF with speed to cover gap to gap and projectable carry to target arm strength.  Arm played better at Futures, as he is currently focused on football.

8/5/18 - 60: 6.81, Position Velocity: OF: 85, Exit Velocity: 96

OF put on a show in BP, ball jumps off his barrel and makes a different sound.  6-0, 200-pounder features a medium, athletic frame w/ well-proportioned lean strength throughout, some physical projection.  Offensively, hits w/ a slightly open, slightly crouched stance w/ hand rhythm into stride to open and proper load.  Landed more open than we have seen previously, creating a pull oriented approach.  Pull approach w/ ability to hit the ball hard up the middle and mis-hit balls out to right field.  As he learns to stay through the ball, will be the consistent mashing hitter we saw late this spring over multiple games.  Huge power ceiling, potential for easy all fields power.  Runs well for his size, gets to top speed quickly.  Defensively, showed developing routes and bat reads w/ closing speed.  Easy arm strength w/ carry to target.

6/12/18 - Home-1st: 4.37, Position Velocity:  OF-81, Exit Velocity: 92
6-foot-0, 195-pound, LHH showed potential for all 5 tools, as he put on a show in BP.  Medium, well-proportioned athletic build w/ present strength, some physical projection.  Offensively, hits w/ a straight on, crouched stance w/ quiet hands into shift of weight, stride to slightly open and proper load.  Generates premium bat speed through the zone, whippy.  Pull oriented approach w/ ability to drive the baseball to all fields when sits back.  Swing is built to handle velocity.  Picked up 2 hits in game including a hammered ground-rule double to right field.  Lot of pull power, projectable all fields power as learns to keep weight back consistently and drive the ball to all fields.  Projects to hit for power and average.  Projectable above average runner.  Defensively, moves well in the OF w/ CF tools, arm strength w/ carry to target.  Very intriguing all-around 2020 that is a must see as the summer heats up.
