Flores is 6-foot, 195-pounds. He clocked a 7.60 60-yard dash. Easy rhythm in the right-handed box, sways into his load, keeps body compact into contact and gets good leverage into the swing. 85 mph exit velocity off the tee. Active body behind the plate, quick to his feet and clean transition. Stays on line well, accurate to 2B, 80 mph on the throw, pop times ranged 1.93-2.15.

Flores has stood out in the past with his easy exchange and accurate arm to second base, but the right-handed hitter has made strides this fall and the swing has improved a ton. The right-handed hitter uses a reverse leg lift as he triggers his hands, then throws the barrel as he transfers his weight through contact with pull side carry. Really good lower half mobility with directional footwork and the ability to put the ball on the bag - in both the workout, and games - with a top velocity from the crouch of 77 mph, and pop times ranging from 2.07-2.16.

7.23.18
Flores has a projectable frame and young face for a backstop at 6-foot, 180-pounds, with more room to add strength as he continues to develop. Quality receiver with soft hands, moves easy and efficiently behind the dish. Clean arm stroke, quick exchange, simple gather with rhythm in his footwork, arm works well out front with a top velocity from the crouch of 76 mph and pop times ranging from 1.93-2.15. The right-handed hitter starts from a slightly open stance with his weight evenly distributed before he pushes back using a reverse leg lift and triggers his hands, cocking the barrel forward.  His hands work well through the zone on a flat path to contact and a loose finish. Middle of the field approach, good barrel awareness with line drive power and an exit velocity of 85 mph.

07.01.18
The 6-foot tall, 190-pounder, has gone about his business quietly this weekend, and has an accurate arm behind the plate. His pop times between innings usually range between 2.05-2.2, but his arm works well, and he has thrown strikes to second base, including gunning down a couple of would-be base stealers.
