The left-handed hitter has an aggressive hack with balanced leg kick, loose-quick hands, strength in the barrel, natural lift, and an exit velocity of 85 mph. In the outfield, he plays through the ball with quick footwork, rhythm and athleticism, and throws with a long, loose arm stroke at 83. On the mound, the left-hander works from a ¾ slot with a long, loose arm swing, tall and fall delivery, and athletic lower half. His fastball was mostly 79-80 mph. Curveball was 70-73 mph with 1/7 shape and good rotation. His changeup flashes arm side run and depth.

10.21.17 - Weber has a high-waisted, still developing frame at 5-foot-9, 150-pounds. The left-hander works from a high-¾ slot with a loose arm stroke and good tempo and athleticism as he gets down the mound. His arm works well from back to front with his fastball sitting 80-81 mph, topping out at 82 mph. The movement on his fastball varies from cut-like action to his glove side, to arm side run. He also has a solid changeup that he throws with fastball arm speed at 72-73 mph, and mixes in a curveball at 70 mph with developing 1/7 shape and depth. Showed good poise and presence during his outing.

09.10.17 - solid footwork around the bag at first base and moves around with good energy. The left-handed hitter has a flat swing and tends to hit off his front foot, but his hands work well with a loose finishes of the barrel.
