6-foot-3, 185-pounds, projectable frame, sturdy build with long arms and a natural tempo and rhythm to the delivery. The arm path is clean and works well with the front side. Lamkin threw his fastball on the 81-84 with a calm, effort free delivery. Also was able to show great feel for both a changeup and a curveball. Changeup came in at 76-77 mph with good arm speed as well as showing late action to the arm side with some depth, and the curveball was up to 69 mph with tight spin and depth. Lamkin has a very high ceiling and look for a lot more to come down the road from the big left hander.
