He has a shorter, quick arms swing that creates good carry in his throws. Offensively, the right-handed hitter has a good set-up and bat speed with a short hand-path showing a strong top-hand punch to square up balls. Holland was 1-for-3 in the game that followed the workout. He had a sharp base-hit ground ball to centerfield, hammered a fly ball to right field, walked, and grounded out to shortstop running a 4.26 down the line.
