Blinn commit. Athletic 5-foot-11, 180-pound frame. Gresham punished balls in batting practice from the left field line to the right center gap, registered 103 mph exit velo during the BP round. The ball jumps off the right-hander’s barrel, he has an open stance with some bend in his knees, hands set high above his shoulder, has a smooth load into a high leg kick, has rhythm in his simple load with his hands, stays down in an explosive lower half with excellent balance in the leg kick, has plus bat-speed as he works with extension through the hitting zone, and has the intent to do damage present in his swing. In the infield he has athletic actions, high motor, soft hands, he works through the ball with fluidity and swagger, can play on the run, and has a short over-the-top live arm action that produced 92 mph velocity across the diamond with carry and accuracy. This live arm translated to the mound, where he sat 88-90 with a heavy fastball with some late life. He spun his 11/5 shaped breaking ball at 74-76 mph, and flashed feel for a changeup at 75-77 mph. Gresham has a loose and quick arm stroke from a high ¾ delivery, has a tall balance point with his left foot pointing straight down and stays tucked down the hill as he establishes direction, gets strong leg drive and his body is in sync and rhythm throughout the delivery, and has an athletic finish. Gresham threw each pitch with similar intent and high effort level. He also ran a 7.14 laser-timed 60-yard dash. Overall, Gresham has the skill set to be a game-changing player whether in the infield and/or on the mound at the next level.
Gresham has a bazooka across the infield at 92 mph, registered an exit velocity of 103 during BP, launching balls to the pullside gap. At the end of the day, he jumped on the mound and sat 88-90 with a quick arm stroke from a high-¾ slot. Can really spin his breaking ball at 74-76 with 11/5 break and sharp depth, adding in the changeup at 75-77.

Gresham is a legit two-way prospect that stands 5-foot-10, 170-pounds with a strong frame. The rising junior put together one of the better overall performances at The South Texas Underclass Games. Confident shortstop with fluid actions, quick footwork, soft hands and plus arm strength (91 mph across the diamond). Makes the play on the run with athleticism and accurate throws, attacks ground balls with a good sense of timing. A right-handed hitter, Gresham showed pull side power during batting practice, driving multiple balls to the wall in left field. The icing on the cake was at the end of a long day, (and 102 degree heat), when Gresham jumped on the mound for a one inning appearance. After his calf cramped in his first warmup pitch, the right-hander went on to pump 87-90 mph and showed a great feel for four pitches. Drop and drive delivery, quick, athletic arm stroke with some effort. His slider is a plus pitch at 75-76 mph with 11-5 shape, and his curveball has good depth at 71-72 mph with 12-6 shape. Threw one changeup at 73 mph. With his upside on the mound, and ability to play the infield, look for Gresham to garner a lot of attention from college recruiters.
