The Northeast TX CC signee got the start for Coach Sherman’s group on Friday and looked the part. While he is more known for the bat, he had an intriguing arsenal on the mound. His FB was 86-88 with heavy ASR. When he was able to get it to the bottom of the zone, it was a tough pitch to square up. He threw a slider that was 77-79 and was a nice compliment to his fastball. Harmon is one of many arms that will fill in behind team ace Tate Evans, giving them a deep staff.
