An undersized LHP/OF that has a clean hitting stroke and clean mechs on the mound. From the OF, he comes through the baseball and gets into a strong position to throw, making it look EZ. He gets some one hop accurate throws off on a line when getting to the ball in shallow RF, but the arm is a true 2 hop from regular depth. The hitting stroke is clean and gets to a good launch position with his hands. His hands work inside the baseball and uses the straightaway to pull side of the field. The swing is on plane and stays through the baseball with a clean 2 hand full loose wrist to finish. On the mound, he shows solid separation with his hands and breaks over the rubber. The arm path is a medium to full arm circle and the ball exits his hand clean. Threw K’s with all 3 pitches and shows some fair depth to the CB with more SL type action. The CH has feel and bottom at the plate with fade throughout. The strength component at the plate and on the mound needs to be addressed with a solid strength program. Lacks power in his EV’s off the bat and out of his arm, but the cleanness of his actions is evident.
