Swanson impressed in gameplay throughout the event. The 5-foot-10, 186-pound backstop launched a no-doubt home run on the first pitch of the game on Friday morning. Swanson had some impressive numbers in the showcase portion of the event as well. Swanson had a peak EV of 90 mph in his round of BP and a max distance of 332'. Swanson is a prospect that came out of gameplay as a winner.

Swanson, standing at a proportionally athletic, 5-foot-9, 140-pound frame, produced a pair of clutch swings in Chicago Elite’s Saturday night game. The right handed hitting middle infielder displayed an up the middle approach with a tie-breaking RBI infield single in the second inning and two RBI single to center field in the fourth inning, providing a 7-4 lead at the time. Mechanically, showcased a short stride, quick load, and balanced lower half. He provided a productive boost at the bottom of the order, valuable over the course of the game.
