Gustafson continued to cement himself as a high follow backstop in the Badger State. At the workout portion of the Future Games, the 6-foot-2, 185 pound athlete swings a smooth left-hand bat with easy pull side power that produced multiple batted balls into the right-center gap that traveled 340-plus feet. Defensively, Gustafson worked quick from the crouch and was consistently around the bag, topping out at 82 mph.

Hit: LHH. Slightly open setup, leg kick trigger, strides slightly closed, easy pre-pitch actions. Smooth, whippy swing, advanced bat speed, flashes effortless pop in barrel, gap-to-gap approach, line-drives throughout.

Arm: RH. C - 79 mph. Best pop-time at event; short arm action, throws have carry and play true.
