10/30/16 - Verbally committed to Concordia (IL).
2/28/16 - Long lanky projectable frame, thin build, 6-foot-3, 165-pound left-handed pitcher. Body has upside and should add velocity with strength. Clean delivery, works online, stays tall and balanced. Arm action is long, high ¾ slot, clean arm action. Fastball sat 79-80 mph, some arm side action. Curveball showed 1/7 break, 67-69 mph, lacked command. Changeup has arm side run at 73-76 mph.
7/31/15 - Long projectable frame, 6-foot-4, 165-pound left-handed pitcher, slender build. Delivery is clean and athletic, shows the ability to repeat. Projectable arm action, loose and clean with length, high ¾ slot. Fastball sat 80-81 touching 82 mph, pitched with arm side run. Curveball played at 67-69 mph, 1/7 action. Changeup has good feel with arm side action, 75-76 mph. Struck out three in two innings of work.
3/28/15 - 6-foot-3, 165-pound, left-handed pitcher with a lanky build and room to fill. Works from a high ¾ arm angle with a long, loose, quick arm action. Online balanced delivery with some rhythm. Tends to collapse back knee before going to the plate from the windup. Better tempo and release point from the stretch. Worked 78-80 topping out at 82 mph with the fastball that flashed some run down the zone. Maintained fastball arm speed on change up at 73-74 mph. Curveball showed 12-6 shape at 64 mph. Projects for more velocity as he fills out.
2/8/15 - 6-foot-3, 165-pound left-handed pitcher, thin build, long limbs, plenty of room to fill out, projectable build. Easy delivery, smooth, squared landing, can load over rubber better. Loose arm action, high ¾ slot. Fastball is mostly straight, 76-77 mph, topped out at 78 mph, projects for more in the tank. Curveball has depth, solid feel, 1/7 tilt, showed the ability to drop in for strikes, 63-65 mph. Changeup has feel, near fastball arm action, slight sink, good feel, 69-72 mph. Has projection, shows good feel for secondary pitches.
