6-foot-2, 210 pounds; physical build with strength throughout, especially in lower half. Stood out last month at our 15U tournament and looked similar in this outing at Badger State, only much more effective. From a loose, low ¾ slot, with funk and deception, Frank struck out nine in 4.1 innings and flipped in a 57-60 mph breaking ball that he dropped for strikes. Fastball sat 76-78, touching 79 mph.
