RHP Noah France (Union Grove, 2021) came in for relief pitching three strong innings. France faced ten, struck out six, and allowed just a couple of hits. France is one of Wisconsin’s top uncommitted arms; an athletic 5-foot-10 with a live arm, ¾ slot, that sat 85-87 mph and was up to 88. The sweeping slider features late horizontal action, thrown with feel at 75-78 mph.


Positional Profile: RHP; Among the more interesting uncommitted arms in the state.
Body: 5-10, 170-pounds. Wiry, athletic frame.
Delivery: Drop/drive type delivery, efficient lower half movement patterns, closed front side, strong lead leg block on landing. Lands square to target with a slightly open toe, stays in line, repeats well.
Arm Action: Long and loose arm action with whippy arm speed; works from a 3/4 slot
FB: T87, 83-86 mph. Four-seam type, showed late-arm side action at times. Averaged 2,240 rpm, maxing at 2,351 rpm.
SL: 75-77 mph. Fastball arm slot and speed. Tight shape, sweeping action, late break. Averages 2,322 rpm, maxing at 2,418 rpm. Authentic swing-and-miss offering, especially to right-handed hitters.


Positional Profile: RHP. One of the standout, surprising performances of the winter so far; a high-follow junior in the state.
Body: 5-foot-9, 160-pounds. Live, athletic body with lean frame.
Delivery: Tall/upright start, side step to quick high knee kick and tuck, high front side, drops and drives down mound to toe-open landing. Works with some rhythm and effort.
Arm Action: RH. Live arm action; long draw, quick and loose from a 3/4 slot.
FB: T89, 87-89 mph. Jumps from hand with finish through the zone; hard arm-side action.
SL: 77-79 mph. Thrown at arm speed, tight spin; some sweeping action.
CH: 78-81 mph. Aggressive and at arm speed; hard, late fade.


5-foot-5, 125-pound two-way player. On the mound showed feel for three pitches, long arm action, ¾ slot. Fastball has control, arm side run and sink, 73-74 mph. Slider is 65-66 mph, drops for strikes, 10/4 shape. Changeup fades slightly to arm side, in the zone, 69-70 mph . Right-handed hitter, balanced stance, leg kick stride. Path is short, repeats, 70 mph exit velocity from the tee. Defensively arm action is long high ¾ slot, 72 mph across the diamond. 4.86 runner down the line.
