NORTHERN CALIFORNIA - In a few weeks, sometime after the PreSeason All-State events, we will release updated rankings of all four present high school grad class, 2021-2024. There will of course be some movement of players presently in the rankings and there will be new players entering the rankings. These nine players (see what I did there... baseball... nine) from Northern California are some of those who may enter the updated rankings, and they are presently uncommitted (to the best of my knowledge).
