9.23.17 - Currently ranked No. 10 in Illinois’ Class of 2020 and No. 188 overall. 5-foot-11, 165-pound, athletic, savvy, left-handed hitting middle infielder. Defensively, smooth, athletic actions, high ¾ slot, quick, fluid footwork, quick, clean on exchanges, maintains body control. Offensively, sees the ball well, loose hands, maintains barrel control, was able to get on top of a high fastball for a base hit.

Dayton

2.19.17 - 6-foot-2, 200-pound two-way player, solid frame, strong lower half. On the mound works directionally down the hill, regular effort, some rhythm. Short over the top arm strength. Fastball sat 85-86 mph, touched 87 mph, showed feel for the bottom of the zone. Curveball has 11/5 shape, 68-72 mph, slight deceleration. Changeup is 70-75 mph. Defensively showed arm strength, 79 mph out of the crouch, 81 mph across the diamond. Arm works with length out of the crouch, some carry, high ¾ slot. 2.04-2.12 pop times. Offensively hits from a balanced stance, leg kick trigger, simple setup. Flashed hard contact, 94 mph exit velocity from the tee. 7.08 runner in the 60.

10.8.17 - 5-foot-10, 155-pound, lean build, right-handed hitting outfielder. 7.03 runner in the 60, laser-timed. At the plate, balanced, open setup, pre-pitch rhythm, short stride and maintains balance through contact. Loose hands, long bat path and gap-to-gap approach; 87 mph exit velocity from a tee. Defensively, plays through the baseball, soft hands, clean transfer and above-average arm strength from the outfield; throws carry, clocked at 89 mph.

6.27.17 - 6-foot-1, 170-pound, right-handed hitting outfielder. Defensively, long arm action, arm slot varied between over-the-top and high ¾, accurate throws with carry. Plays through the ball athletically, fluid footwork, quick and clean on exchanges, 82 mph from the outfield. Offensively, crouch setup, leg kick timing trigger, maintains balance through swing. Line drive hitter, level barrel path, fluid rhythm, 90 mph exit velocity off a tee. Ran a 6.40 laser-timed 60.

10.8.17 - 6-foot-1, 185-pound right-handed hitting RHP/3B. On the mound works from a high ¾ arm angle with a long arm action. Tall and fall delivery with smooth rhythm and max effort. Recoil finish. Fastball was straight at 82-83 mph. Curveball has 11-5 shape with sharp breaking action at 70-74 mph. Changeup has sinking action at 74-77 mph. At the plate hits from a wide base, balanced setup. Short stride with good balance. Gap to gap hitter with fluid rhythm and an uphill swing path. 89 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.70. Defensively has a long arm action from a high ¾ arm slot. Plays thru the ball. Threw 76 mph across the infield.

8.8.17 - 6-foot, 170-pound, athletically built, right-handed hitting outfielder. Offensively, balanced setup, pre-pitch bat waggle, short stride and average balance through contact. Loose swing, flashes bat speed and uphill bat path; 81 mph exit velocity from a tee. Defensively, plays through the baseball, short, loose arm action, 78 mph from the outfield. 7.59 laser-timed 60.

Line-drive approach, handsy swing, made consistent hard contact; 83 mph exit velocity from a tee. Defensively, fluid movements in the outfield, plays through the baseball at times. Long arm action from a high ¾ slot, throws clocked at 80 mph.

2.20.17 - 5-foot-11, 200-pound, thick build, right-handed hitting catcher, possesses a strong lower half. Offensively, balanced setup, leg-timing trigger, hits off front foot at times, fluid rhythm, maintains balance throughout. Line-drive approach, showed strength, drove the ball up the middle, generates bat speed. Recorded a 90 mph exit velocity from a tee. Defensively, works from an over-the-top arm slot with short arm action, regularly hit the target with carry, clocked at 77 mph from the crouch. Works on-line with throws, quick footwork, clean and quick on exchanges, soft blocker, receives well with a strong wrist. Recorded pop times between 1.94-2.01. Ran a 7.55 laser-timed 60.

In the outfield, works through the baseball, long arm action from a high ¾ slot, accurate arm clocked at 79 mph.

9/24/17 - 5-foot-9, 160-pound, right-handed hitting outfielder. Ran the top 60 of the event, 7.06 laser-timed. Offensively, upright, balanced setup, slight arm-bar load. Level bat path through the zone; 77 mph exit velocity from a tee. Defensively, efficient routes, works behind the baseball, clean transfer. Throws from a high ¾ slot, clocked at 73 mph from the outfield.

10.9.17 - 5-foot-9, 150-pound, two-way prospect. At the plate, right-handed hitter, balanced setup, leg-lift timing trigger and maintains balance throughout. Long, uphill bat path, pull approach. 81 mph exit velocity from a tee. On the infield, steady hands, plays through the baseball, short arm action, accurate throws, topped at 73 mph across the diamond. 7.81 runner in the 60. On the mound, right-handed pitcher, arm works short and over-the-top. Works on-line and front foot lands closed. Four seam fastball, works mostly straight, occasional cut action, 75-78 mph. Two-seam fastball sat at 77-78 mph. Curveball works 12/6, thrown aggressively, sharp action, 65-67 mph.

8.8.17 - 6-foot, 165-pound right-handed pitcher. Works from a ¾ arm angle with a long, loose arm action. Tall and fall delivery with easy effort. Square landing with an upright finish. Fastball sat 77-80 topping out at 81 mph. Slows arm on curveball that has 10-4 shape at 60-65 mph. Projects well.

8.16.16 - 6-foot-1, 210-pound left-handed pitcher. Works from a high ¾ arm angle with a short arm action. Tall and fall delivery with a closed landing. Fastball showed slight running action at 75-76 topping out at 77 mph for strikes. Curveball has 1-7 shape with some depth at 65-66 mph. Changeup sat 68-69 mph.
