Scouting Report:
 Wohlbold is a strong 6-foot-0, 190-pound right hand-hitting shortstop in Missouri’s 2017 class. He runs a 60 time of 6.91.  On the infield, Wohlbold has a high three-quarters arm slot, fluid footwork, and a quick/clean exchange.  He has Position velo at 87 mph.  At the plate, Wohlbold has an athletic setup with a smooth load. Swing produces gap-to-gap line drives with pull power and an exit velo at 88 mph.  On the mound,  Wohlbold's max fastball velo is 86 mph, and was one of the top velos at the Underclass games in June. He has a high three-quarters arm slot, throws with regular effort, and has an athletic finish.  Wohlbold works at 83-85 mph with his fastball, has an 11-to-5 curveball, 70-75 mph,  with late/sharp break. Change-up at 77-80 mph with fastball arm speed.

The Future Games will take place on July 30 - Aug 1 (Thursday-Saturday) at Grand Park, a state-of-the-art 22-field baseball complex located in Westfield, IN, just north of Indianapolis. The Prep Baseball Report Future Games is the premier summer scouting event for Class of 2017 prospects and select 2018 prospects. Last year, more than 110 colleges from all over the country were in attendance.
