North Carolina 2023 Class Rankings: March Update

With the PBR NC Winter Events in the books and the high school season underway it has come time for another update to the 2023 Class Rankings in North Carolina. The Preseason All State Events this offseason were loaded with talent once again giving PBR Scouts a chance to see the progress many players have made. PBR Scouts have also been out across the state catching some early season high school action. With the information collected our scouts have made some small changes to the 2023 Class Rankings.
