Brett Harrison
Nevada Scouting Director

With the PBR Future Games exactly one month out, we are going to take a look at the prospects selected to represent Team Nevada. These are the best Uncommitted prospects that our state has to offer in the 2022 - 2023 classes and are expected to be some of the first prospects off the board. I am extremely excited about this years team with level of talent that will representing our state against the top Uncommitted players from around the country.

Joey Randazzo - C/IF

Randazzo brings a clean left handed stroke, sub 2.00 Pop Time and 6.83 60 Time to the Team Nevada for this years Future Games. Off to a hot start this summer for Bases Loaded Elite, Randazzo has continued to improve each part of his game, from adding size to his 5-foot-11 frame to improving his receiving behind the dish to adding power at the dish. This is a prospect who has continued to work at each part of his game since the Bishop Gorman Scout Day earlier this year and has already see that work pay off with attention coming his direction after his success in the few tournaments he has played in in Arizona earlier this summer.

The TrackMan + Blast Hitter Update is coming Tuesday, July 14 to ETA (Elite Training Academy) for hitters to update statistical categories on their PBR Profiles for players in the 2021-2024 classes.

Prospects will receive multiple rounds of TrackMan + Blast Evaluated Swings (30+ Swings)

The Blast Motion system provides real time swing analysis that will be shared with players following the event to see what areas of their swings they excel as well as areas they may be deficient in to know where they can improve on for future events/competition.

The TrackMan system post contact date that allows prospects to immediately review the results of a batted ball, providing metrics such as Distance, Exit Velocity, Spin Rate, Launch Angle and much more.

These two systems combines produce an unrivaled amount of information at the prospects fingertips that they will be able to review sessions, track progress and compare themselves to see where they stack up against players in their class.

Data has become the ultimate separator of prospects over the past few years and this event will provide an opportunity to see where your metrics stand currently.
