No stranger to the PBR system, Acevedo continues to sharpen his skillset the more we see him. 5-foot-11, 175-pounds with plenty of time to physically mature. He is currently ranked the No. 422 player in the country (2024 class) and the No. 5 ranked player in NY (2024 class). The slick fielding defender is committed to Ole Miss. 

At the plate there's plenty to like. Balanced approach with a repeatable barrel path, short to the ball, strong hands that help create above average exit velocity (94). Aggressive with consistent hard contact. Defensively is where he starts to really separate. Lower half is active, smooth and in rhythm, quick and clean glove work, above average arm-strength and he's got plenty of time to continue the upward trend. Hard working, passionate, and tough. We are looking forward to seeing him next month.
