2019 Fall Top Prospect Games (Session III)
Jessen was impressive during the Fall Top Prospect Games. The left handed pitcher displayed a repeatable delivery and a projectable arm. Low effort throwing actions from a high ¾ arm slot. FB as late life and peaked at 80 MPH. CB has late sharp actions ranging from 68-70 MPH. Jessen showed feel for a CH at 74-75 MPH. Jessen is projectable and is a must follow.
WHAT TO EXPECT
"Jessen sports the ideal frame at 6-foot-1 180 pounds. The effort is minimal and he's been able to work his fastball to both sides of the plate along with showing an uptick in his velocity over the course of last year. We anticipate that trend to continue and will be anticipating continued polish to his off-speed. Demonstrates advanced mound composure with repeatable mechanics. This upcoming event and season could be part of a break out year for Jessen."
