Coach Outlook: "Last year we were able to find a lot of success with a young core of players, winning the conference for the 1st time in 38 years and finishing just 1 game short of a school record for wins. Returning 10 players from last years varsity roster we are hungry to achieve much more this year. Our kids have been working hard in the weight room and upperclassmen are leading by example. We will have a very deep pitching staff and if our bats can catch up we will be a tough out come tournament time."

Braden Mick SS/RHP 2023 5-11/170-pounds. 1st Team all PAC-7 1st Team All NEO District. Last year stats: .425 AVG, 7 2B, 1 3B, 17 RBI. 5-1, 1 SV, 2.9 ERA 56 K, 29 BB
Jack Czartosweski 2b/RHP 2022 6-3/170 pounds. Honorable Mention All PAC-7 Last year stats 276 AVG, 17 runs, 2-1, 1 SV, 2.3 ERA 27 Ks, 16 BB
Tyler Ogozalek 1b/LHP 6'1/175 2022 3-year starter, last year stats 8 GS 2-1 1 SV, 5.1 ERA 25ks 1BB
Jacob Wells 3b/RHP 6-1/215 2024 full time starter as freshman. Hit .240 with 5 extra base hits. 2 game winning hits in the 7th inning last year.
Trevor Szekely OF 5-10/170 2023 Everyday starter rotating between RF and CF. One of our best overall defenders, look for his bat to make an impact this year. Was 1.000 on stolen bases in 2021.
Carter Magyarics 6-2/175 2023 OF/RHP Everyday starting in LF last season. Will compete for CF this year. Solid defender with multiple clutch hits for us in 2021. Look for his role on the mound to expand this year.
Zach Kurz 5-11/170 2022 OF/INF Zach played a key role as an utility player last year. One of our best athletes, he is able to fill a lot of holes. Expect him to be somewhere in the lineup daily.
Jake Metzger 5-8/165 2022 OF/DH Jake had a solid year at the plate last year hitting .258 AVG, 395 OBP. We look for him to contribute in multiple ways this season.
Beau Bleakly 5-11/155 2023 C Beau has big shoes to fill replacing one of the best catcher in the state. He did a nice job in the backup role in 2021 hitting .273 with 2 2b, 1 3b in 13 games of action. He threw out 30% of runners as a soph.
Evan Cannon 5-9/140 LHP/OF Evan logged 15.1 innings as a freshman going 1-0 with 1 SV 2.2 ERA. We look for him to give us big innings in 2022.
