With 2022 now in the past, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage that can be found anywhere in 2023. Starting in February, we began releasing team previews for squads across the state. Ahead, we will have Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings coming your way.

2023 Spring Team Preview: Fremont Ross Little Giants

Team Name: Fremont Ross Little Giants
Head Coach: Jared King
Division: I
2022 Record: 11-12
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 8/6

Coach Outlook: "We are returning a very experienced group this year. We return 9 lettermen from last year. Our biggest strength will be our pitching as we return a solid core of guys from last year. We have 4 or 5 guys we feel can go 5+ innings every outing. We also have an additional 3 or 4 guys we feel can make a strong contribution out of the bullpen. With 9 returning lettermen we expect to have a mature team full of leadership. We struggled offensively last year but hope that we can right the ship. We started the year strong last year going 9-1 through the first 10 games. The wheels kind of fell off after that point as we had some injuries and bad breaks. We are looking to take the next step forward as a program, compete, and try to realistically win 15-17 games."
