With the 2018 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state. Starting mid-January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2017 Record: 18-9
Conference Record: Federal League, 8-4, 2nd (Tied)
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 2/2
Team Strengths:
Coach Outlook: “We are counting on new additions to fill our lineup needs and add depth to the pitching staff. An early trip to Myrtle Beach will hopefully allow us to get some games in and build great team chemistry. Our expectations are always high for season.”
PBR Outlook: Returning just two starters and two pitchers from a year ago will have coach Jeff Hite and the Vikings looking toward some new guys to step in to some big roles in 2018. That said, look for the Vikings to be playing their best ball come tournament time thanks to a difficult regular season schedule.
