After the release of our Top 2019 draft eligible Cape Cod Pitchers and Position Players, we now take a deeper look at the loads of talent the league boasted this summer. Today we rank the left-handed pitchers, which includes prospects from both the 2019 & 2020 draft classes.

15. Braidyn Fink, 2019 (Oklahoma)
Aggressive, strong bodied lefty at six-foot, 225 pounds. Shoulder tilt delivery created some deception. High three-quarter slot. 90-94 mph fastball with occasional cut from slot/release. Mixed in a long breaking 77-79 mph curveball. Fair feel for the pitch. Might be better off featuring a slider as his secondary weapon by just gripping the outer third of the ball, index finger pressure and throwing it hard instead of trying to pitch it. Struck out 29 in 23 IP this summer.

14. Mitchell Tyranski, 2019 (Michigan State)
Six-foot-three, 220 pound strong bodied lefty. Worked from an all stretch delivery with good direction to the plate and strong backside fire with his follow through. Loose arm. High three-quarter release point with good extension out front. Fastball ranged from 87-90 mph, topping at 91. Flashed average curveball with big break at 77-79 mph and an above average, tumbling changeup 78-79 mph. Struck out 29 in 25.2 IP over 15 relief appearances this summer.

13. Chandler Fidel, 2019 (Arkansas-Little Rock)
Six-foot-six, 220 pound lefty with an above average curveball as his best pitch. Tight 1/7 rotation, broke hard and late at 72-74 mph. Very good shape to the pitch. At times...

12. Harry Rutkowski, 2020 (Rutgers)
Selected in the 28th round of the 2017 MLB Draft, Rutkowski opted to attend Rutgers instead of playing professional baseball. Sturdy build at six-foot-three, 230 pounds with a consistent three-pitch mix, he seems very capable of improving his stock when he becomes...

11. Andrew Abbott, 2020 (Virginia)
Slender bodied, loose armed lefty with high three-quarter release point. Worked from the third base side of rubber, landed slightly closed and in-line to the plate. Good arm speed, especially quick out front. Early in the game his fastball ranged...
