Class of 2019 (A-F)

Eric AndersonEric Anderson, SS/2B, Conestoga HS (PA)
5-foot-9, 177-pound right-handed hitter was one of the breakout performers of the day. The uncommitted senior starts from an open stance and utilizes a toe-tap stride to initiate his swing. Displayed a solid hip turn and above average feel for the barrel during a solid round of batting practice. A tendency to cut his swing off short of full extension can be remedied quickly at the next level. Showed confidence in his glove hand defensively and accurate 80 mph arm strength across the diamond while routinely playing through the baseball.

Anthony BertolamiAnthony Bertolami, RHP, Bishop Shanahan HS (PA)
5-foot-11, 170-pound righty sat 80-83 from a high 3/4 arm slot during three solid inning of work in game action. Bertolami's delivery is balanced and deliberate, beginning with a controlled side-rocker step. His curveball at 64-67 showed 11/5 rotation with two-plane break at times. Showed a tendency to pull the pitch across his body at times on this date. Changeup at 68-70 is an effective third pitch. Bertolami struck out three and displayed solid command of hi three pitches during his three inning outing.

Matt BertolamiMatt Bertolami, RHP, Bishop Shanahan HS (PA)
5-foot-11, 170-pound right-hander sat 79-83 out of a high 3/4 arm slot with an athletic, balanced delivery. A bit under the weather on this date, Bertolami was efficient in his three innings of working inducing a 6-4-3 double play and striking out four around a trio of singles. His curveball at 70-72 shows tight 11/5 rotation with two-plane break and has a chance to be an out pitch at the next level. Bertolami also showcased solid feel for his changeup at 72-74. The righty displayed above average pitchability and should draw considerable interest from schools still looking for arms in this class.

Zach BurtonZach Burton, 3B, Downingtown East HS (PA)
5-foot-10, 185-pound right-handed hitter starts from an open stance and initiates his swing with a pronounced leg-hang stride. There is some length to the swing, but Burton has a strong lower half and attacks the baseball with a purpose. He showcased an 87 mph bat exit velocity in August and went showed good barrel awareness in game action on this day including a line out and a line drive single. He flashed active feet and his 78 mph arm strength plays well at third base.

Tate CadmusTate Cadmus, RHP, Easton Area HS (PA)
6-foot-1, 150-pound righty has a long, lanky frame with room to add considerable strength moving forward. He sat 81-82 from a 3/4 arm slot with some hip coil to his delivery that creates deception. The delivery begins with a controlled side-rocker step and balance is evident throughout. Curveball showed 11/5 rotation at 62-63 and changeup was thrown with good sell at 66-68. Cadmus worked an effective three innings allowing just one hit while commanding his fastball and effectively mixing his two off-speed pitches.

Josh FarinaJosh Farina, OF, Warwick HS (PA)
5-foot-10, 150-pound left-handed hitter participated only in the game portion of the day at this event. In August he showcased 7.20 foot speed and an 82 mph bat exit velocity. Farina takes above average routes in the outfield and has shown accurate 80 mph arm strength in the past. He begins his swing from a square stance and initiates his lower half with a leg-lift stride. Farina has shown above average feel for the barrel on multiple occasions. Results on this date were no different as Farina singled in two of his three at bats during game action.
