Class of 2023 Pitchers

Bobby BudackiAlex EisenbergerBrady Hawkins

Bobby Budacki, New Brighton HS, RHP
5-foot-10, 150-pound primary pitcher sat 71-72 from a high 3/4 arm slot with a long arm motion. Commanded a three pitch mix with a balanced, repeatable delivery. Showcased solid feel for his curveball at 59-62 and a knuckle ball with late tumble at 57-59. Athletic frame has plenty of room to add strength with the potential for significant velocity gains in the coming years.

Alex Eisenberger, Donegal HS, RHP/OF
5-foot-11, 158-pound primary pitcher sat 69-72 from a high 3/4 arm slot with natural cut to his fastball. Also showed command of a curveball at 54-59 with 11/5 rotation and showcased a developing changeup at 64-69. Right-handed hitter starts from an open stance and initiates his swing from a high hands load with a lift-and-replace stride. Showcased a solid lower half with a flat path through the zone. Registered a bat exit velocity of 72 mph and ran a 7.64 60-yard dash. Displayed athletic actions while routinely playing through the baseball defensively with 75 mph arm strength from the outfield.

Brady Hawkins, Cumberland Valley HS, RHP/SS
5-foot-10, 145-pound primary pitcher sat 72-74 from a high 3/4 arm slot with a high knee stack and a quick arm. Also showcased a curveball with 11/5 rotation at 61-63 and a slider with similar break at 60-63. The right-handed hitter starts from an open stance and initiates his swing from a high elbow load with a leg lift stride. Showcased a strong lower half with the ability to create backspin and an above average feel for the barrel. Registered a bat exit velocity of 79 mph and ran a 7.58 60-yard dash. Displayed developing defensive skills with active feet while routinely playing through the baseball. 75 mph arm strength across the diamond will continue to improve through strength gains and physical maturity.

Bradley Hood, Panther Valley HS, RHP
6-foot-1, 175-pound right-handed pitcher sat 75-76 from a high 3/4 arm slot with a hook in the back of his delivery. A hip swivel and crossfire action creates deception along with late arm-side run on his fastball. Gets downhill well and fastball has a chance to be very heavy in the coming years. Curveball at 65-66 showed 11/5 rotation while a slider at 64-65 displayed similar break. Athletic frame has additional room to fill out and develop more velocity moving forward.

Hunter Thomas, Titusville HS, LHP
5-foot-11, 125-pound primary pitcher sat 70-73 from a high 3/4 arm slot. Displayed repeatable mechanics with a long takeaway and a deliberate side rocker step to begin. Also commanded a curveball at 61-62 with 11/5 rotation and a changeup at 66-69. Long, lean frame should continue to develop through strength gains and physical maturity.
