Game Performance

Notes

Comments

6/15/21

Physical: Projectable/durable 6-foot-3, 180lb frame with strength carried throughout the actions on the bump.

Pitcher: RHP - Started from the far left side of the rubber; quick pace, getting to an offset stack at a medium position with noticeable hip coil hiding the baseball. Worked down the slope with good pace, getting to footstrike at a crossfire and releasing from H ¾ with arm-side run on the FB (82-84 mph, 13 inch AVG HM, 45% strike rate). Featured some feel for a sweeping 71-73 mph SL with late tilt across the plate, reaching up to T14 inches of HM via Trackman Baseball.

10/19/19

6-foot-1, 175-pound right-handed pitcher sat 75-76 from a high 3/4 arm slot with a hook in the back of his delivery. A hip swivel and crossfire action creates deception along with late arm-side run on his fastball. Gets downhill well and fastball has a chance to be very heavy in the coming years. Curveball at 65-66 showed 11/5 rotation while a slider at 64-65 displayed similar break. Athletic frame has additional room to fill out and develop more velocity moving forward.
