Braedon KarpathiosFollowing three days of rain and over two inches of rain the Lancaster-Lebanon League semifinals went off with out a hitch on Tuesday, thanks in large part to the beautiful artificial surface of War Memorial Field on the campus of Ephrata High School.

Lampeter-Strasburg rode the left-arm and bat of Braedon Karpathios, a Coastal Carolina commit ranked No. 31 in the PA Class of 2021.The sophomore went the distance allowing just three hits and a pair of walks while striking out eight. Karpathios also registered three of the Pioneers nine hits on the afternoon.

L-S received contributions from nearly every starter with seven hitters recording a hit. Patrick Holmes drove in two runs while Aaron Snyder and Taso Kovack each drove in a run.

The Pioneers advance to the Lancater-Lebanon League title game tomorrow opposite Hempfield which topped Manheim Central 4-2 in Tuesday's late game. First pitch is set for 7:00 pm again at War Memorial Field.
