What to Expect: Long levers and a full arm-action with higher spin across the arsenal. Tacked on useful velocity in the offseason, which should catapult him into the mid-to-upper 80's & to the forefront of 'pens to watch at ID: East. Owen Rozzi 3B / 1B / West Chester East, PA / 2026What to Expect: Early acceleration off the backside with ability to extend on the ball at the front of the plate. Delivered a mature, pull-side approach during BP and worked up above 300 feet (308 ft. peak). What We'd Like to See: Spraying contact more gap-to-gap will bring a balance to his approach and heighten exit velocities, as he stays better through impact. Video: 6/21/22, Jr. PA State Games |

Aaron Smearman RHP / OF / Altoona Area , PA / 2025Rankings StateRank: 40 / POS: 6
What to Expect: Wiry, twitchy two-way skillset with a live FB and spin rates pushing 2700 rpms. Likes to attack up in the zone M80's and pitch off of it to the bottom. Curveball has a real chance to be a wipeout offering, creating hard east/west bite. Competes. What We'd Like to See: More repeatability to the arm-side. Date Attended: 2/27/21, Preseason All-State East (11AM Session) Performance: The fleet-footed switch-hitter caught the attention of our staff with a 6.81 60-yard dash and easy low-90's exit velocity. Could tell the feel for the game was there along with sneaky pop to the pull-side while working short-to-long. Recent: Almonte is a Freshman at nationally ranked JUCO State College of Florida |
