Thomas ZbezinskiWith the completion of the Fall College Prospect Program the outdoor portion of the Prep Baseball Report event schedule came to a close in September. With the Elite Prospect Showcase on November 7 set to kick off the indoor portion of the schedule we now look back on some of the top performances of the fall. Today we take a look at the top left-handed pitching performances at a fall PBR event.

2017 LHP Thomas Zbezinski (Pine-Richland, PA)

Thomas Zbezinski is a smallish 5-foot-7, 150-pound lefty that sat 77-79 from a high 3/4 arm slot at the Western PA Fall Review in Septembeer. The junior displayed some hip coil to his compact delivery with very little wasted movement. Zbezinski showed solid feel for his 67 mph curveball with 1/7 rotation and a 70 mph changeup thrown at near fastball arm speed. He worked three scoreless innings allowing two hits while registering five strikeouts. Zbezinski's arm action is very clean and his actions are balanced and athletic. It is easy to project significant velocity gains moving forward with strength gains and physical maturity.
