Continued his hitting streak to 7 games and 10 of his last 11 by going 5-7 (.714) with a 2 2B and a run scored raising his League batting average to .438 and made several web gyms at 1B.

6.1 innings 0 runs 2 hits 16 strikeouts in win over Edna to get us in a tie for first place in district . Earlier in the day he signed his letter of intent for a baseball scholarship to Texas ATM Kingsville . Galvan is 8-0 on the year with a .14 era in 48 innings including 70 strikeouts.

Braswell is a 2nd year program in District 5-5A competing this year with the 1st graduating class of Seniors in school history. Braswell is tied for 1st Place with Denton HS - both sporting 8-2 districts records. And Braswell HS plays Denton HS next week at home on Tuesday and at Denton HS on Friday.

On Friday, Jack got the win in 4 innings of relief work to clinch the TAPPS Division 4 District 2 title for the second year in a row.  He did not allow a run, gave up 3 hits, and struck out 9.
