Fall Prospect Showcase: Statistical Analysis (2020-2022 Grads)

The Fall Prospect Showcase took place on Sunday, October 14th at Brazell Field, home of the Grand Canyon Antelopes. The event freshman through junior prospects an opportunity to be evaluated in a college stadium in front of a number of college coaches. The showcase marked the biggest event to date in Arizona, with nearly 140 players registered. This event will become a staple for PBR every October, due to the response and large number of college coaches that travel to the area this week every year. Today, we continue the event coverage with our Statistical Analysis. We also posted tons of brief notes and videos throughout the day on Twitter.

2020 Colton Kucera leads a very impressive group of young runners in the 6.8 and better range. 2022 Kaleb Duncan turned in the second-best time of the day, which is very impressive for an incoming freshman.

2020 Matthew Bachelier showed easily the firmest fastball of the day, topping out at 90 mph. Utagawa, Rogers, Collins and Olson also impressed with mid-80's and better velo with Collins the only non-2020 grad to make the list.
