Booth was a threat all week in the middle of a potent Langley Blaze lineup. He finished the tournament batting .400 with multiple extra base hits, including a homerun he drove off the scoreboard in right-centre. The 6-foot-2, 195-pound outfielder shows present strength with some bat speed to go with it, and has the makings to be an impact bat at the next level. Booth is one of the top uncommitted 2025 bats on the west coast and he continues to garner attention after an impressive week in Kamloops.
1/23/24
Booth had jumped onto the scene towards the end of the 2023 season, showing his offensive upside with the current strength he possesses. The 6-foot-1 215-pound Langley Blaze product uses bat speed (78.2 mph max, 73.4 mph avg) and torque generated from his lower half to drive the ball all over the field with authority. At the Holiday Hitters event in North Vancouver, Booth reached a max exit velocity of 97.1 mph. Along with his offensive capabilities, Booth showed us his athletic abilities in the field, running a 7.03 60-yard dash which is likely to be a sub-7.00 by the spring, and a strong arm in the outfield hitting 85 mph last October.
1/04/24
Booth showed again why he is one of the top left-handed hitters in BC’s 2025 class. One of the loudest rounds of the day with a peak exit velocity of 97.1mph. Booth showed middle of the order power and will be making an offensive impact for the Langley Blaze this spring. At 6-foot-1, 212-pounds, Booth has an athletic presence in the box and a smooth swing that can drive the ball with power to all fields. An athlete with a big bat to follow over the spring as he continues to grow and develop.

Booth is a very intriguing outfielder product out of the Langley Blaze. With a 6-foot-1, 212-pound frame, the lefty bat is built to do damage at the plate. He showcased quick hands and solid torque starting from his lower half. The swing plane proved to be a gap to gap approach reaching exit velos as high as 92.8mph. Aside from his swing, Booth moved well in the outfield with a 7.03 60 yard dash and showed off arm strength at 85mph. Booth will be an exciting player to watch in the upcoming 2024 season. Look for this uncommitted 2025 to make an immediate impact in the Blazes lineup.
6/12/22
(Chilliwack Cougars, 2025, Uncommitted) was impressive with the bat from the left side. A simple timing approach and quick hands with physicality work well. The top EV was 88mph, and there are lots to like now, with plenty of room for growth.
