Positional Profile: 3B/RHP Legit 2-way prospect with a powerful swing and whippy sidearm profile off the mound.
Body: 6-3, 195-pounds. Bigger and physical body.
Delivery: Lower/ sidearm delivery. Stays upright throughout the delivery and utilizes a lower whippy arm slot.
Arm Action: RH. Traditional arm swing with a lower/ sidearm slot. Funky but repeatable mechanics.
FB: T83, 81-83 mph. Hard throwing, turbo sinker. Moves well with late arm side break. T1818, 1700 average rpm.
SL: 66-66 mph. Bigger SL that slightly pops up out of the hand, lots of horizontal movement.. T1550, 1481 average rpm.
CH: 74-74 mph. Solid feel for the CH. Great fade and has tight depth when thrown glove side. T1393, 1322 average rpm.

Hit: RHH. Traditional stance in an athletic position. A slight load, getting into the back leg and bringing the hands back. Longer bat path along with a more rigid swing. Clean lower half with strong rotational power. 68.7 mph bat speed with 15 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 95 max exit velocity, averaged 89.6 mph. 372' max distance.
Arm: RH. INF-82 mph. Quick and whippy arm, effortless.
Defense: Somewhat choppy and mechanical feet. Consistently fielding the ball off the left foot.
ATH: 7.15 runner in the 60. 1.74 in the 10 yard split. 20.90 max vertical.

Caden Mossman is the RH version of his twin brother Colton who shows his own intriguing set of tools. Also, working out on his homefield at JSerra Caden made that comfort a strength for himself with an intriguing overall workout. Caden is solidly built at present standing 6'3 195.2 lbs. he fits the physical profile for a corner defender on the INF dirt of in the OF long term and his offensive skills back up what projects as a defender. A solid runner at 7.15 in the 60 he showed 82 MPH INF arm velocity with accuracy to his throws looking the part of a 2B/3B INF defender who will be sound at the spots. At the plate Mossman made upward progress in many areas across his workouts for our scouting staff posting new personal bests with his bat speed (73.7 MPH), average exit velocity (89.6 MPH), max distance (372'), sweet spot rate (60%), and hard hit rate (60%) that upward progress is providing more evidence to his long term potential future impact as a RH hitter. Much like his brother Mossman is a two-way product who shows athleticism in his delivery on the mound. Throwing from a deceptive lower arm slot he features a running low 80's FB with sink in the movement profile to pound the bottom of the zone with the offering. Caden spins a softer sweeper like SLD in the 71-73 MPH range giving him an east/west attack profile off his FB shape with the pitch. He rounds out the arsenal with a quality 73-75 MPH CHG that has vertical separation off his FB shape to make for a sound three pitch mix. The continued development for Mossman is rounding his profile into a high quality one for college programs to be keeping tabs on for in the 2027 class.

Body: 6-1, 185-pounds. Big frame, proportionate, present strength throughout.
Delivery: Stretch only delivery. Knee to chest leg lift. Sinks into back leg coming downhill. Stays in line and balanced through finish.
Arm Action: RH. Low 3/4 slot, causes deception.
FB: T81, 79-80 mph. Heavy arm side run and sink. Found success at the top of zone. T1754, 1534 average rpm.
SL: 69-71 mph. Tight spin with minimal horizontal movement and flashed downward tilt. Started a ball and ended a strike. T1463, 1415 average rpm.
CH: 72-72 mph. Fading action with late arm side sink. T1187, 1187 average rpm.
ATH: 7.24 runner in the 60. 1.79 and 4.09 in the 10 and 30 yard splits.

Delivery: Works exclusively from the stretch. Body weight shifts towards third base after balance point.
Arm Action: RH. Side arm delivery. Relies on arm, short stride.
FB: T81, 78-80 mph. Arm side run that plays on both sides of the plate. T1844, 1715 average rpm.
SL: 71-73 mph. Tight horizontal break with some vertical break. T1841, 1768 average rpm.
CH: 68-70 mph. Sharp vertical and horizontal break. T1489, 1344 average rpm.

Defense: Calm footwork progressing through the play.
