6/12/22

Bay Area World Series 2022 - Uncommitted; Lean lithe body type, well-proportioned w/athletic build, flashes abilities and tools that with a tad more development could nudge him into the 4-year college recruitable type, ran 7.09 60-yd, 75 mph OF throw is one tool to keep working on and getting the 60 below 7.00, max EV of 89.2 mph, 63% line drives and 63% sweet spot %, has plenty of bat speed, approach at the plate displayed a pull-side approach in his six plate apperances, gut feel is that he's got a good chance to play at the 4-year level at some point down the road.

7/11/21

Body: At 6’3” and 175 pounds, Charlie has an athletic build with room to fill in, lean and long body movements

Hit: Tall stance with shoulder width apart.  Hands in a good position to attack the ball.  In swing, he is able to stay in legs, controlling the lower half to make hands work.  Stays inside the ball well, and uses long arms to get bat out in front.

Power: Posting a 92.3 max exit velo, Charlie was able to have some pull side power

Arm: Easy movements with arm action, over the top delivery, 75 mph from outfield.

Defense: In control all the way through the ball, reads the ball well off the bat.  Comes through all the baseball, with an easy transition from glove to hand.

Run:  Posted a 7.14, 60 yard dash.
