Hardcastle had a decent day at the plate, going 1-3 with a single up the middle to bring in a run. Hardcastle takes aggressive hacks at the plate, and against the better arms, there is still some swing and miss. I think if Hardcastle cuts back and tries to get base hits, his natural power will follow. There is a ton of real strength in that frame, and the season is still just beginning. Hardcastle also has been dominant on the mound this season too.
