Positional Profile: RHP/DH
Body: 6-4, 220 lbs. Bigger frame that is filled out. Present strength throughout.
Hit: Straight up in stance with slight crouch. Quick toe tap trigger. Sits in backside. Slight barrel tip. Steeper stroke that’s mostly hands and wrists. Showed feel for the middle of the field. 1B up the middle during game action.
Power: 94 mph exit velocity and 305ft max distance. Singles hitter with flashes of gap to gap.
Positional Profile: RHP/1B
Body: 6-4, 210-pounds. Powerful broad body type, ample room in sizeable frame for big strength.
Delivery: Agile w/body control, quick high lift over rubber, level shoulders, very slight cross body stride, lands closed, has stability at foot strike.
Arm Action: RH. Loose and long, near full extension in arm swing, inverts elbow coming out of backside arm action, high-3/4 release.
FB: T87, 84-86 mph. Big run and flashed sink on arm side with ability to stick down and away on glove side, around the zone.
SL: 70-72 mph. Displayed feel, finished well at release, wide breaker with smooth action.
CH: 75-77 mph. Bigger movement pattern than FB look w/similar life, slightly lowers slot vs FB release, bottom of zone feel.
Hit: RHH. Fairly wide feet, very slightly open, early barrel set up behind head, slight toe tap to minimal stride, deep hand load. Hits off back side, handsy/wristy swing, flicks barrel, aggressive top hand getting to high two hand finish, occasionally in and out of zone a bit early; has pull side power; 58% on plane efficiency, 50% LDs, 31.3% fly balls.
Power: 90 mph exit velocity in live BP via TrackMan. 22.5 max hand speed (20.89 avg), 69.3 max bat speed (65.46 avg).
Arm: RH. 1B - 84 mph. Loose easy arm, confident thrower, accurate feeds, carry on throws.
Defense: Plays low, into legs early in pre-pitch, sound footwork, keeps feet moving, athletic pivots into throwing position, works below ball at the bag.
Run: 7.99 runner in the 60.
