Body: 5-9, 190-pounds. Compact, full-frame with current strength and good thickness throughout.
HitRHH. Slightly opened stance; loose early with lots of hand movement and bat tip to create momentum. Bigger leg lift staying connected with the back leg starting rotation before front leg gets to the ground.  Loose wrists/hands create bat speed and works upwards towards pullside; with early movement times where barrel can get out of connection with the body. Best swings found deep to pull gap and easy bat speed present. 82.6 Max Bat Speed, 18.4 gs Max Rotation Acceleration, 72% On Plane Efficiency
Power91.40 mph exit velocity.
Arm: RH. INF - 74.00 mph. Efficient arm action showing quick release. Footwork helps the arm play up.
Defense: Very good with his footwork early in the process and ability to open hips and get lateral. Understood timing/rhythm and when he needed to put more into it.
Run7.37 runner in the 60.

vs Drake - compact with some strength on 5-foot-7, 175-pound body, had some struggles in this one, but it's obviously the beginning of the season. He started in CF and roamed around out there like he's done it his whole life, which he hasn't. No matter where he plays his baseball IQ and instincts show up in his actions. Offensively is where he has generally made his name as a young player but in this one his approach didn't give him much of a chance. Front side was aggressive to the pull-side and his barrel was long to the ball. Gut says this will be an anomaly and he will get squared away sooner rather than later, as I have seen him hit and hit quite well. That he was in the 3-hole as a freshman on a team with some other talented offensive players tells you what his coach thinks of him.

Fall tournament 10/27-10/29 - Medium build with strong, thick legs and lower half; strength in upper half but not as pronounced. Open stance, tall with high back elbow and higher hands; hands drop and lift barrel with high front leg getting barrel into strong launch position prior to attacking the pitch. Gains ground with front stride before showing late whip through the zone with feel for the barrel path; showed barrel control in game regularly barreling up ball all over field. Defensively shows off ability to make plays at 3B showing strong body control and ability to make plays on the move; quick feet play well with quick reactions as he shows ability to extend glove side and comes to attack the ball. Arm has enough to play at 3rd base showing compact circle before loose finish and follow through. Quick feet gets to full speed quickly; athletic runner with ability to take extra bases and go 1st to 3rd but not a blazer on basepaths.

Fall Tournament - Medium frame with some thickness in lower half; athletic build showing strong legs/hips/core. Offensively showed a quick bat from an open, crouched stance with even hands away from the body bouncing off the shoulder. Patient at the plate staying balanced as he comes closed with a narrow leg lift and under control before letting quick core turn and drive ball; regularly keeps hands back and on plane flashing ability to drive ball into OF from line to line (90mph exit velo). In game triple down the RF line on fastball off plate. Athletic, showing quick actions with better speed underway (4.63T, 7.24 60-yd). Very strong body control and uses this on bases and in field; handled plays on the move very well at 3B and showed natural ability to read ball hops. Defensively showed off a smooth, above-average glove with the range to go both ways and come get the slowly hit ball. Solid average arm that will get better due to quick release and smooth actions from multiple angles. Showed his skills against players who have played at this level for longer and didn't look like he was overmatched at all; one to follow over coming years.
