California State Games - At two events this summer we saw Parras shine with the bat and display athleticism that is at the very least intriguing. He's a LHH, and here is a look at the numbers for some of the raw tools... 6.87 60, 72.1 max bat speed, 22.7 max hand speed, 95.8 max EV. 85 mph max OF velo and power/speed score of 13.9.
