Outfield Velocity
The athlete's maximum throwing velocity from an outfield position in the given event year. Measured in miles per hour (MPH).
88.0
Power / Speed Score
A simple calculation that divides the athlete’s Exit Velocity Max by the athlete’s 60 Yard Dash time for the given event year. For example, 98 MPH / 7.00s = 14.00.

RSi
The reactive strength index measurement of an athlete's explosiveness by comparing their jump height to the ground contact time in between their jumps. On a scale of 0-5.
Vertical Jump
A measure of any athlete's body strength and reach calculated from the flight time divided by the contact time.
Event: NorCal Uncommitted Games Positional Profile: OF Physical: 5-7, 165-pounds; Compact build with lean strength throughout; 6.97 60-yard, 27.3” max jump height. Offensively: RH. EV max – 90.3 mph, hand speed max – 20.8 mph, bat speed max – 74.4 mph; Compact with a bit of pop, has barrel feel, narrow fairly upright set-up, hands off body in a relaxed manner with barrel slightly tilted away, takes a healthy hack with a two hand finish around his back, flat plane, maintains top hand integrity through swing that is built for line drives and hard ground balls with occasional backspun fly ball/line drive, approach allows him to get to good speed to pressure defense. Defensively: OF mph – 88; Big arm, intent with focus, ball comes out with aggressive arm stroke, high 3/4 release, fields ball off left side while getting into throwing position quickly, strong OF skills with profile that fits at all three OF spots.

Positional Profile: OF Body: 5-7, 155-pounds. Compact build on medium size frame, has present strength and muscularity. Hit: RHH. Medium depth in box, slightly open in modest crouch, fairly balanced before shifting back over back leg with small lift to medium length stride, quiet rhythmic load with some depth and separation. Hands move slightly downward in load before firing, has barrel awareness and control, powerful hips in the stroke, creates some leverage against front side, surprising power given modest physical size. Power: 86 max exit velocity, 69.7 max bat speed, 20.8 max hand speed. Arm: RH. OF - 88 mph. Quick release, compact arm stroke, big arm with carry and accuracy to threaten the running game. Defense: Reads ball early, sets up consistently to let fly his best throws, range potential is solid, plays the ball aggressively with clean glove skills. Run: 7.06 runner in the 60.

PBR NORTHERN CA UNDERCLASS GAMES - OUTFIELD
Body: 5-foot-5, 145-pounds. Compactly built w/proportionate physical attributes & some strength Hit: RHH. Fairly upright set-up w/more weight on backside & slight toe touch with front foot, reverse toe tap before getting to stride, slight hands hitch during the load, aggressive hips and separation of hands through contact, bat speed is there and mechanics suggest a bit of surprising pop can develop (though an approach thinking about power may not benefit him) depending on how his body physically develops. Competitive ABs resulted in F7 and a 1-3 putout that was struck well. Power: 76 mph EV off tee Arm: OF velo - 76 mph (R) - Quick arm, ball tracked well to the targets, clean throwing mechanics and trained approach to the ball allow the arm to play well, couple more ticks in in there Defense: Sees ball well off the bat, footwork looks to be well-schooled and the release was consistent for each throw, range won't be a plus but given the arm strength and footspeed he projects as a LF going forward and has throwing tools be a threat to greedy runners. Run: 7.50 60-yard
PITCHING
Delivery: RHP - Simple delivery, calm knee lift gets to waist height, slight pinch of front knee before starting on line down the slope, stable foot strike provides stability for strong backside to come through, finishes in good fielding position, delivery consistent w/both FB & CB Arm Action: Short back side w/separation taking place all on SS side of body, has some arm quickness/strength, release from high-3/4 release FB: 71-74, T74 mph - Avg 1697 RPM, T1815 - Fairly average life on the FB though did well to utilize both sides of the plate and start bats, seemed comfortable attacking inside vs RHH CB: 62-64 mph - 1607-1694 RPM - Started it in zone well w/wide break as it approached the plate, got some awkward swings out of hitters, two-plane break
