7/13/18 - UC Santa Barbara commit. Evaluation at USA PDP workout. One of Northern California's top talents and will be a highly followed player by MLB scouts in the spring of 2019. Electric athleticism, elite level hand speed, line drive approach, somewhat of a steep swing plane, short to the ball, works to use his best attribute which is his running speed, can accelerate through the contact and finish a swing, creates good leverage at times and there is surprising power in that body. Swings with balance and athleticism with hips that can pop and drive the ball. Can and will get to good fastballs. Swing and twitchiness reminiscent of MLB outfielder Peter Bourjous. Defensively his throws leave his hand easily, some hump in his throws but decent carry, was accurate more often than not with calm presence, arm projects to be at least average on pro scale. Speed to cover gaps with plus range.

3/26/18 at Boras Classic - UC Santa Barbara commit, 6-foot-0 165-pound athlete with lean and lithe build, twitchy and streamlined. Highly skilled player with tools that are on display each game. Gets to top running speed quickly, easy runner and puts intense pressure on the defense to play clean baseball. Stolen base threat but also has extra base power and occasionally over the fence power. Fast hands with aggressive approach at the plate, can handle good velocity. Reminiscent of a Peter Bourjos type talent and body. Covers ground in centerfield from gap to gap with an above average arm. Impact tools and usability of those tools has him among the fastest risers in the area in regard to pro interest as his senior year approaches.
