Bay Area World Series 2022 - Uncommitted; Big physical body on 6-foot-2 215-lb frame, known to also be a good football player with some college interest, most outstanding tool on the diamond is ability to hit the ball hard and do so with some power, max EV of 94.3 and some hard outs in the game play portion, played all around the diamond (C, 1B, 3B) and competed well even when at a spot he's not super familiar with (3B), caught during the workout portion, 71 mph max throw, pops 2.14-2.25, ran 7.79 60-yd.
6/06/21
Bay Area World Series Underclass (6/4/21-6/6/21)
Offensive notes: Lower hands with toe tap and narrow stance. Strength in frame shows out with easy lift to pull gap and ability to get big turns from the top part of the body. Heavy barrel and ability to drive the ball. Last one was dead CF one-hopping fence and showing possible power. 60-yard - 7.99 / EV mph - 94
Defensive notes: C: Foot work was consistent allowing longer arm action to work; lots of throws to the arm side and in a position for infielders. Blocked fairly well during games and in workout with some ability to get out of it to recover. C mph - 71 / Pops - 2.35-2.49
1B: High release and ability to work bag on throws. Moves fairly well and space to make jumps on defensive side.
