Positional Profile: RHP
Body: 6-3, 180 lbs. Lean wirery build. Projectable build/frame.
Delivery: More of a tall fall delivery. Real high knee lift but minimal engagement in backside/hip. Level shoulders and inline throughout. Little early with hips/upperhalf. Longer arm action that comes out of an over the top slot. Bent from leg at landing. Average arm speed for level.
FB: Only pitch he threw. Lower spin FB at around 1100 rpm. Can increase with a change in grip. Pitched to contact with it and got a clean 1-2-3 inning.

6/06/21

Bay Area World Series Underclass (6/4/21-6/6/21)

Pitching notes: Very high front knee with rock at top of the hill  and ability to get extension over the firm front side. Glove side is high down the hill adding some deception and playing up the long and fluid over the top release. FB able to flash angle and extension on pitch using backdoor two-seam to keep hitters thinking. Had times where there was late life in the zone. SLD short and lateral flashing times where there was better tilt on the pitch. CHG looked like FB with small sinker actions. Times where the extra movements led to him losing zone; best stuff when he was more inline to catcher. Projection available in frame and actions as he matures. FB 73-79 / SL 68-69 / CHG 70-72

Defensive notes: 3B: Worked to the right side early and then through the ball. Cross-step was strong and with his length able to extend the range. Accurate arm and able to handle the glove on the move. 3B mph - 80

Offensive notes: High hands, elbow with high front side. Hands work down and through with upward path and ability to line balls to LF flashing batspeed. 60-yard - 6.97 / EV mph - 85
