A fastball with sink has low backspin and drops through the strike zone. When thrown down in the zone, it is more likely to generate a higher ground ball percentage and lower launch angle. Sink+ of 100 is MLB average.
Fastball
Rise+
A fastball with rise has a high percentage of backspin. When thrown up in the zone, it is more likely to generate a higher fly ball percentage. Rise+ of 100 is MLB average
A left-handed pitcher, arm action is short and quick on the backside, works from a higher slot, hides the baseball extremely well. The lift is athletic, with coil to it, shorter stride, gets on top and works down hill. Works the fastball to both sides of the plate, up to 85 mph, its heavy and hard to it. Mixed in a slower breaking ball, needs to turn it into a slider, with more fastball hand speed. Serious chance to be a legit bullpen option, extremely tough on left-handed hitters. 2 IP, 0 run , K, 2 BB, 3 H

6-foot-1, 170-pound, stronger, athletic frame, strength throughout, chance to be very physically down the road. A left-handed pitcher, pounded the zone with a heavy two-pitch mix, working from the set position, a wider, closed off set position. A quick tempo delivery, smaller kick, knee to knee load, weight over backside. The arm action is short on the backside, quick and clean. The fastball was clocked at 80 mph, located down and to both sides of the plate. The changeup is a legit out pitch, coming out of the hand like a fastball, down action, swing and miss offering, clocked at 73-76 mph. Still young, just starting to figure out the breaker, shows good hard hand speed to it. Big follow, works off of some deception, hard to square up.

6-foot, 155-pound, longer lean athletic frame. The neck is long, shoulders are rounded and back is wide, has a ton of room to fill out. A right-handed hitting two-way player, worked out at 1st base and in the outfield. Off the mound, works from the left side, working from the set position, hands come set higher. Shorter stride, could lengthen a tick, arm action is clean on the back, working from a higher slot. Pitching downhill, lived in the bottom part of the zone for this bullpen. The fastball was clocked at 75 mph, having natural run to it. Mixed in a changeup at 67-71 mph. Look for the fastball to explode at some point. From the outfield threw an easy 79 mph, using a shuffle for transfer, frontside could close down a more, with less recoil, has more finish in there. At 1st base, shows quick feet gets off the bag, feet move starting double play, with soft hands out front. The arm was fluid from a lower slot, clocked at 73 mph. At the plate, spread out, lower stance, swing gets uphill at times needs to flatten it. The approach is more middle to opposite, when on time, shows plus pop for his age. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 70 mph. Love him off the mound, can play multiple positions, is an athlete, will be a good one.
